Questions ## Common questions from Lewiston ### Are you a local Lewiston contractor? Yes. Refresh Property Services is based in Lewiston and run by James Boldman. We work across the Valley and up on the Palouse. ### How do estimates work? We walk the property, measure and photograph it, then send a written, itemized estimate with materials and labor priced at local rates. You can see what each line costs and cut what you don’t want. ### Can you get a house ready to list? Yes. A pre-listing refresh covers paint, flooring, fixtures, lighting, trim repair, deep clean and haul-off on one schedule, so the listing photos go up on time.
