Pricing, scope and schedule are only set by a written estimate for your property, and work begins only once both sides have agreed to it in writing. ## Estimate requests Sending a request through the estimate form, by phone or by email doesn’t commit you to anything and doesn’t commit us to take on the job. We use what you send to contact you and prepare an estimate. ## Photos and content The text, logos and project photos on this site belong to Boldman Enterprises & Investments, LLC unless noted otherwise. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking. Sharing a link to a page is always fine. ## AI tools and automated access Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read this site, so they can answer questions about our services and point people to us.
