General contracting: additions, decks, siding and repairs
Additions, structural repairs, siding, decks, roofing coordination and custom home work, estimated from measured scopes and local material and labor rates, not guesswork.
One contractor for the whole job
Bigger projects need more trades, and someone has to own the schedule. We’re a registered general contractor in Washington and Idaho, so we can run the job on either side of the state line: scope, subcontractors, scheduling and the final punch list.
You get a written, itemized estimate up front and one point of contact from estimate through cleanup.

Common questions
Are you licensed in both states?
Yes. We’re registered as a general contractor with Washington L&I and the State of Idaho. Our registration numbers are listed at the bottom of every page.
Do you do roofing?
We coordinate roofing as part of a larger project and schedule it with the rest of the work.
How do estimates work?
We walk the property, measure and photograph it, then send a written, itemized estimate with materials and labor priced at local rates.
