We start by measuring and photographing the room as it is, then write an itemized scope: demolition, drywall, tile, cabinets, countertops, fixtures and trim. Materials and labor are priced at local rates, line by line.
Once you sign off, the trades are sequenced so nobody is waiting on anybody. You get progress photos and plain-language updates as the work moves, and a final walkthrough so the punch list closes before we leave.
