This website is run by Boldman Enterprises & Investments, LLC, doing business as Refresh Property Services, based in Lewiston, ID 83501. “We” and “us” below means that company. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Information on this site
We keep service descriptions, photos and contact details as accurate as we can, but the site is general information, not a quote or an offer. Every project is different. Pricing, scope and schedule are only set by a written estimate for your property, and work begins only once both sides have agreed to it in writing.
Estimate requests
Sending a request through the estimate form, by phone or by email doesn’t commit you to anything and doesn’t commit us to take on the job. We use what you send to contact you and prepare an estimate.
Photos and content
The text, logos and project photos on this site belong to Boldman Enterprises & Investments, LLC unless noted otherwise. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking. Sharing a link to a page is always fine.
AI tools and automated access
Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read this site, so they can answer questions about our
services and point people to us. We ask that site content not be used to train AI models. Our
robots.txt states this as a content signal:
search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no.
A plain-text summary is at llms.txt, and a read-only MCP server
answers questions about the business at https://www.refreshnw.com/mcp.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to or embed other services, such as the Houzz Pro estimate form and our Facebook pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
No warranty for the website
The website is provided as is. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it. Warranties on our construction work are covered by your project agreement, not by these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
