Why a refresh pays
Most sellers don’t need a remodel. They need the scuffed paint, worn carpet, dated light fixtures and loose trim taken care of before the photographer shows up. Those are small jobs on their own, but they involve four or five trades, and that’s where listings stall.
We handle the whole punch list. You get one written, itemized estimate, so you can see what each item costs and decide what’s worth doing before you list. Then we schedule the trades in order and finish with a deep clean and haul-off.
