A full pre-listing refresh on Paradise Ridge Road in Moscow, Idaho. The sellers expected no more than $700,000; the home sold on day one for a full-price $800,000 offer.
The goal
The sellers were getting ready to list and expected the house to bring no more than $700,000. The job was to fix what buyers would see first in the listing photos, without turning it into a full remodel.
The work
In the dining and kitchen area we replaced the flooring, repainted and updated the lighting. In the main bath we put in a new vanity with a vessel sink and new tile. Everything was scheduled as one job so the house was ready for photos on time.
The result
The home sold on its first day on the market for a full-price $800,000 offer.
